Terms and Conditions

We give you the right to cancel your order within 14 days for a full refund.
- For any returns under the 14 day refund policy the customer will use their own courier to return the product to us.
- Any mattress or topper you wish to return must be well packaged to prevent any transit damage. It also must be insured by the courier you use. There may be a charge for a new cover if it gets damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging.
- All refunds will be processed within 30 days. We will, however endeavour to process your refund as soon as possible.
- If you wish to return your mattress it must be made clear in writing or by email to us before the 14 days expires.
- Any mattresses we send that get damaged in transit to the customer, we will replace immediately with no extra courier fees incurred. Or, we will give you your right for a full refund.
- All prices stated include vat.
- If any mattress is incorrectly ordered and has been delivered there will be a £35 charge to get it exchanged.
- Delivery will be within 7 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any delays which may be caused by courier problems. For example, vehicle breakdowns, misroutes etc.
- Cheques must be received before we despatch your order.
- After two delivery attempts all mattresses are returned to us. There will therefore be a charge of £35 to re-send the mattress.
- The mattress must be tried for at least 10 days before returning to us, to give your body time to adjust to the new posture.
